Note: The order will start being processed only when we get the information that the deposit was made. Therefore, products in your order can not be kept for your order before making a deposit.

All orders are sent by courier. All products are sent by courier to the address you have registered in your order within 1-3 working days if the products are in stock . If they are not in stock , you are notified via e-mail or by a telephone representative of Penny, and upon request, after communication we process your order. The charge is based on the weight of the order and it is paid by the customer . In very few exceptions where the volumetric weight of the order exceeds the real, then you need to calculate the volumetric delivery costs.
Possible additional charges:
If you would like delivery on Saturday you should make a note of it ή mention it during your order. The charge for Saturday delivery is 4,00 €
If you want delivery at a particular time it will be charged with the amount of 5,00 €
The products are insured up to the amount of 293,00 €
The transport is free when you order exceeds 200,00 €
We can replace a product that you have received and which is defective from the manufacturer at his discretion. The customer has to inform us within 5 calendar days of the time he received the product. The costs of returning the goods at our headquarters initially are paid exclusively by the customer, and if it is proved that it is indeed a defective product, you will receive a new product with all shipping costs (including the initial cost of the shipment to us ) paid by us.
In case of a mistake in the order made by the customer, we have no responsibility to replace the product. In this case it would be better to contact us by telephone.
In the case where a mistake is made by us or our supplier on a product that has been sent to you and it does not fit you we either return you the total amount of your order or we send you a new one with no transfer fees.
In case of wrong size selection by the customer, you can return the product and we will send the right size with the shipping costs paid by the customer.
