Terms of Service

Please allow approximately 5-7 working days for Greece delivery (Courier), 10 to 12 days for the rest of Europe and 14-21 for the Rest of the World (Airmail), the only exception being Standing Tickets (as these are irreplaceable), and Canvas Prints which are sent by Royal Mail Signed For, (UK), or International Signed For, (outside UK). Providing products are in stock, we’ll despatch to the address of your choice within 72 hours of receiving your order (or with payments by cheque, once your cheque has cleared), the only exception being tickets which are often not posted until close to the date of the concert or items which are made to order. Some overseas orders however do get held in Customs and may take a little longer.  

Pre-orders will be posted out by the release date. You will be notified if delays are anticipated

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return the goods for an exchange or refund, you need to inform us by email within 7 working days of receiving your order. Refunds will be paid within 30 days. Items should be returned in their original packaging; DVDs and sealed CDs should be returned with seals intact, unless they have been found to be faulty.
